We have processed your full refund for Burn Evolved 2.0. Hi Hyatt, Thank you for your feedback about your experience with VShred. How is that ever a recipe for a sustainable way of eating!!!? Overall, this is worse and more difficult to stick to than anything else I've tried- the exact opposite to Vince's claims. A suggested vegetarian dinner was a bowl of leaves and a handful of nuts. The suggested meals are awful (unless you are a fan of quinoa and shakes - neither are foods that I love!). Its just another calorie counting diet (but with less help to do it than others like WW and SW).

Workouts are 19min plus 4 min warm up, that's 24 mins, 4 times a week. X Guidance on matching carb cycling to workouts - nope. The app makes virtually no reference to it. I was sold on the idea behind this eating principle. Nothing promised in the lengthy sales video is actually delivered. I purchased the extreme fat loss plan yesterday.
